Autopay members:
We truly hope you will consider keeping your memberships during this time and join us on our online zoom classes, YouTube classes or live Instagram classes that we are offering.
The truth is we need your memberships to maintain the ability to reopen when we are able to and also to be able to pay some of our teachers for the online classes they are teaching. For some teachers this is the only source of income they have to buy groceries for their families. Our teachers who do have other sources of income have offered to teach for free just to keep the studios going.
Now, I know that many of you have been financially devastated by this pandemic, just like us. So keeping your autopays is an impossibility. I totally understand. If you need to cancel your memberships please just email us at firehotyogala@gmail.com and let us know. Please please please do not do chargebacks with your bank. For one because it causes more financial loss for us as the banks charge us a fee for a charge back. Also, because you are contractually obligated to alert us of your cancellations via email notification with a confirmation response back from us. If you do not get an email confirmation please email us again bc it means your email got lost in the cracks / maybe I’m spam or in the internet abyss. But we are getting emails and we are responding within 24 hours. So please email us if you need to cancel and make sure we confirm back.
In addition, If you need anything please let us know at that email. We have plenty of teachers, including myself, willing and available to bring groceries to anyone having a hard time getting to store or lacking the ability to buy groceries. There’s no shame in leaning on your community at a time like this and we are your community/ at least I hope you feel that way.
We are in this together.
Please be well, stay safe and join us on our online classes whether you can maintain your memberships or not/ you are all welcome. Yoga is medicine.
Blessings,
Stephanie and stay at Fire Hot Yoga DTLA, Hacienda Heights and NoHo
